Can I download the app here?
No. Cadence is still in development. This website has no app download, public registration, or patient-record upload.
What helps explain a software issue?
A short description of what you were trying to do, the app version if applicable, and your phone model. Please use invented examples instead of screenshots containing medical or account information.
Can I send a treatment question?
Contact your dialysis team for treatment advice. These contacts support the software project, not a monitored clinical service.
Does contacting you enroll me in research?
No. Research enrollment is not open on this website. Sending an email does not grant permission to contribute treatment records.
Where are postal correspondence details?
They are provided on our Legal & correspondence page. This is not a walk-in clinic or treatment location.
